Hi! Can plants with stunted growth still recover?

Scenario:
I've mistakenly placed trimmings of L. Peruensis behind tall stem plants. As a result, they didn't receive enough light and grew very slowly with pale color. This lasted for almost a month. When I had the chance, I transferred them in an open area with bright light.

Question:
Will they still improve? Thanks!

Yes, I think they will do fine once given the conditions they need. I have seen plants that were mislocated relative to the light do well once moved under the lights. That particular plant may be different, but I doubt it.
