Are the dosing amounts that are recommended a weekly amount and should be divided by 3 dosings throughout the week. For example, the targeted amount of Potassium is 20ppm. Figuring this in then dosing should be about 7ppm 3x a week?

Yes, or if you decide to dose daily: 20/7= ~2.2 ppm per day
