I told my 5 year old about the competition and he wants to enter his 45L nano we are currently setting up, so any cuttings would be appreciated - hes already stolen some of my plants and wants to steal the 3" B/N....

Hi all
Great to see a UK Aquatic Plant Society and being so closely linked with the barr
report can only enhance the forum. My name is Keith, I,m from East Lothian in Scotland. Still quite new to planted tanks but have set myself up a 5x2x2 not exactly aquascaped by some off the examples you see on the net more thrown together but I am very happy with the way it is coming on which is the main thing.

Keith

Hello,
My name is Fred, you probably know me on TFF as "RadaR". That username appears to already have been taken
Im 16 and have 5 tanks, 2 of which are planted. Ive been fishkeeping for 4years now.
Science is very important to me.
I live in Somerset near the city of Wells (smallest city in England)
I am a part timer at my LFS where I'm hoping I can boost the planted tank hobby. Ive noticed that we have tropica plants in stock
Nice to see some familiar faces.

Hi

i'm Simon, father of two extraordinary boys and owner of a 180 litre planted tank, and a 60 litre tank. I'm new to the planted tank game, but have managed to get a nice set of plants and fish going and am learning loads. I'm relativly new and only have been fish keeping for 1 year. But really am enjoying the mix of nature and chemistry!

In regard to previous posters... no I'm not blonde! However, I'm even better... I'm an Ulsterman! To be precise a lost Ulsterman, as I'm living outside Liverpool!!!

Anyways, I look forward to this new adventure with glee

C yas all around

Max

Hi all, I'm Chrisi, a 29yr old living in Birmingham, West Midlands (lost like MaximumBob - not blonde but I too suffer from many, many blonde moments ). Married with 2 dogs and a few fish.

I have a 185l tank and a 28l tank - still a newbie to keeping fish and plants, but I enjoy learning about it all, even if I don't understand the half of it

I'm looking forward to learning from you all - maybe I can (eventually) give a bit back too

Should point out that I go by the username Kilultagh on TFF and AE.

Yo Everyone... I'm Corin, 14, and I live in Kent... I'm pretty new to this site and I want to take a more active role on this forum in the near future! I have two tanks that are currently setup (though only my 25 litre Nano is heavily planted...) I am currently in the middle of setting up my Juwel 70 as a mid-tech planted tank (which will include ferns, mosses and various Crypt species...)

I'm a member of TFF and AE, (but I rarely post on the latter...) I've been keeping fish (and aquatic plants) for the around 3 years now (though I have only just started keeping plants seriously...)

I'm very in to the whole aspect of fishkeeping and have to always find ways of paying for the upkeep of my aquariums (all the equipment, decor, etc...) I subscribe to PFK and love New World Cichlids (preferably Dwarf Cichlids...)

Anyways,

CJ... (Corin)
