sorry to bog down your thread, but I saw this Thermo post and I feel the need to vent........Right now I have been on hold/talking to Thermo Fisher for the last 1.5 hrs. Trying to get a replacement part for an IEC centrifuge is like pulling teeth!!!!they keep transferring me back and forth from customer serive/international service/sales/accounting and no one has been helpfull yet!!!! Thermo is making me angry!!!!!!!!!

On another note...their products are usually very good.

My experience with Thermo has been quite the opposite, but I have never dealt directly with Fisher...Maybe you need to be a bigger Flirt ? They were sacharine sweet with me, and EXTREMELY Prompt.

Science majors don't get out much. A little Charm goes a Loooong Way !
