DC Brand CO2 Regulator/solenoid? Anyone familiar with it?

Seen these for sale here in Canada... and cannot find a lot about them. Was wondering if anyone has actually put thier hands on one or have actually used or knows someone who has used "DC" brand?

I used a Milwaulkee MA957 for my last tank and I have to say I had no real complaints about it... but seen these and was wondering how they compare in quality or reliability to the ole MA957.

Also wondering - "Standard Averican CO2 Bottle connection"??? What is that? I kinda think thats "American" perhaps?
