The person who sold me the regulator put a good needle valve on it.Its already setup from the regulator top the BC.I just need the opposing ends, haha!

The Azoo regulators are good beginner regulators (when they have good needle valves). Their working pressure is preset. This is good and it is bad too. I'll explain:
    - good: You won't blow the low pressure gauge when you swap CO2 cylinders plus it is one less thing to worry about.
    - bad: Some people like their working pressure a bit lower than what these regulators factory preset pressure is. (They can be adjusted though.) Something else, if you use a Milwaukee, Cornelius and some other regulators; if you don't reduce the working pressure to near 0 psi when you swap out the CO2 cylinders, you will most likely blow the low pressure gauge. You won't do this with the Azoo.

A few years ago, you could get the Azoo regulators for around $40. I bought two. Their needle valves worried the fool out of me. Instead of getting a better needle valve, I got pH controllers for each of them. Problem solved for the time being because I was using substrates that either didn't lower the pH or change the KH. Also at that time, drop checkers were around but they used aquarium water. The idea to use a 4dKH solution hadn't been thought of at the time.

I hate my Milwaukee... its why I used a pH controller for so long. The need valve is a PITA and the gauges just as you said... I will not spend less than $250 on the next and even thats "cheap".

To majerah1... how is Easley these days? I lived there for a few years. 1999 - 2002. Moved to G'ville for a while then to Charlotte. Now I'm stuck in Hatelanta.

I got the regulator with a new needle valve and a bubble counter from GLA.It has the magnifying bracket, which looks very nice on the tank.I do need a dropchecker, but that will come after the other things.

feh,its grown quite a bit.I was raised in Easley, then moved to OK for about eight years, and now I am back. They fixed up main street and the Bi LO that was by HotSpot going to Pickens,is now a Miracle hill.

I still stop in at a place on 153 when i pass thru to visit family... for a quick leg stretch and relieve the bladder. Not really Easley though. Last time I saw anything with the growth I was passing thru on my way to a spot off 28 for a hiking trip.... FHT. I saw they had thrown up a bunch of new shops. Did you go to high school in Easley? My ex grew up there... kind of how I ended up there. Worked for CBN when I was there.

Yes I sure did.I was to graduate in 97.

Yeah they made the shops on mainstreet more modern.Still have the loft apartments for rent to people.Michaels Pizzaria is now on mainstreet as well.Walmart just moved from where it was to way down on 123,across from Applebees. We are getting a Petsmart too.And the very shocking thing. On HWY 8 in Pickens, they are building a Walmart there.I never thought I would see Pickens grow that much, lol.
