What is hurting my staurogyne plant? Also fry question

DIY co2 checker is green-border line yellow.
    Light is T5HO 39wx2
Dosing Macro-micro mix from planted aquarium.

Once the leaves have it, they start to kinda melt and detaches.

Also when should I release my iridescent lampeye fry back into my community tank? Anything is appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi,

That is red algae, think of it as the flat form of BBA, most of the time this is low or unstable CO2, whether this is due to circulation, method of injection I do not know.

Another possibility is lack of Phosphorous, might try raising the phosphate to around 5-ppm.

Thank you. I will make sure the area has improved circulation and add phosphorus.

I had the same in my AS tank. It turn out insuficient Iron. The AS is over year old and I did not bother to dose Iron cause the other plants seem ok with the Iron levels from the micro mix. After dosing Iron regularly all came to glory again.
