Fluval Edge 12 Gallon LED Lighting Question...

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the hobby and have recently purchased a 12 gallon Fluval Edge with the LED lighting. I've been searching everywhere, but I can't figure out whether the stock lighting set up is considered High, Medium, or Low light. The language used is: "42 LED lighting system (7600K high-luminosity LEDs with 39 White LEDS and 3 Blue LEDs" which sounds like "high", but I can't find any wattage information so I'm not sure. I've started planting my tank (Saturday 6/2/2012), but I'm not sure if I need to use some form of CO2 - I've purchased Seachem Flourish Excel but haven't used it yet. I'm also having difficulty determining an appropriate photoperiod. Does anyone know what type of set up this is?

Grats on your tank. We have measured the lighting and it's a 10to 15 par setup. Crypts, anubias java fern and such.
