    Are you still running a Blue-Line pump? I notice that they kick up the temp up 4-6+ I was wondering if Red Line Torpedo Barb could live in these temps or Congo's , Rainbow's, Neno's

    Hi Gerry,

    How's it grow'in, your tank looks good as usual, saw it on You Tube as well. I have re-designed one of my tanks from stem plants to West African, w Bolbitis and Anubias. Have been waiting for some 12 weeks for some rare barbs to put in there, (almost biotope). The plants really needed the time anyway. it's really a departure from anything I've ever done. It will be interesting to see how balanced it stays with "show fish" in there, just algae crew to look at. If you're interested I'll send you a pick, maybe get your thoughts?

Hi all,

I just attended the talk by C laus... very interesting from my perspective...

Not a huge turnout but have nothing to compare it to.. Certainly less than woodstock

Everyone is very nice.

Lunch break and then I am back for talks by Karen and Ghazanfar beginning @2:30..I made it home in <30 mins and it is at least 40 miles away he he

Not sure if I will attend the dinner as I am not 100% today...

45 gal upgrade

Well thanks to Shoggoth and others, I got the bug to upgrade my 45 gal to a 120 gal. 48x24x24. Pre-drilled with overflows.

Not sure what fish and plants yet but am thinking angels or discus. Hardware will be as follows most likely, but subject to change lol

If angels than lots of grass like plants and some nice fat leaved swords or aponogetons, or larger anubias for egg laying........I love the new strains they have!

I will do a closed canister loop
