Hi
I thought I would share my DIY external in line CO2 reactor
I made this, one afternoon in about 15min. It cost me about £15.
I have made it so that the ends can be taken off, you can then fill it with some media to aid reaction, I'm using some CIRAX.
I have used :
Acrylic tubing 50mm diameter x 500mm length (I chose these dimensions due to other parts availability)
2x waste end caps with access
2x 15mmx1/2”
Hi all,
I thought i would try out the blog section, and describe how i have made my own 4dKH solution.
What you will need.
- Sodium Bicarbonate
- Suitable container for at least 1000ml
- Lab ware 500ml measuring cylinder
- Demin/RO water
- 500ml sample jar
Method.
First measure out 1000ml of Demin/RO water using the measuring cylinder (remember to take the reading from the bottom of the meniscus) and transfer to a clean container.
