Looks like a Bee shrimp but hard to tell.
There's some invert shrimp forums, I know Eric Do in our club would know.

I have Amano shrimp that look just like that. I also have Bee Shrimp, which have white and black bands (like CRS but black).

yeah, it's realy hard to tell. I have post that question on many forum and I got different name on each.

I know this is a few months old, I dont get around here that often, but that looks like an Atyopsis Moluccensis, with the red coloring and white stripe on the back? Does it fan the water, I suppose that would tell for sure?
