Tom, what needle valve/valves do you like using to control your DIY reactors?

I was told one of these http://www.welduk.com/Details.asp?ProductID=282 would be better than needle valve, the guy who sells these says needle valves can dump c02 in when the pressure in the bottle goes down, not sure i its true, but this works well for me anyway

Most of the vlaves I've used over the years have been Clippard's minimatics.

www.clippard.com

Shippping is 10-15$ but it cost the same to ship 1 as it does 20.
So I got 20.

Nu Pro are very good, they run about 38$ US.
The Clippard's are good enough for our purposes and run 11$ ea, hard to beat.

The NuPro are very nice and worh the extra $ for folks also. I've had no trouble with the clippard's though.

If you only have one or two tanks, have the $, go for the nicer ones.

Nu pro = Swaglock(something spelled like this, I got mine a long time ago)

Clippard will ship to the UK I believe or they have a vendor locally.

I would not use that large thing in the photo link.

Regards,
Tom Barr

It's good to learn through experience, as long as it's not your own.
