HI, i have noticed that my plants are not pearling as much as they used to, am at 3.5 w/g, co2 presurized, EI
plants still growing, is this normal after the tank is 4-5 month old?

If you are using a drop checker you have a good chance to be able to know how much CO2 you have dissolved into the water. Otherwise, not.

Then there is the water circulation issue. After the plants grow for a few months we typically have a tank nearly filled with plant matter, and the water has a much harder time circulating around all areas of the tank, so some areas can be very short of CO2, thus no pearling.

All other things, including the CO2 ppm, being the same, I would suspect the the light bulbs are now giving way. Not the intensity they had, nor the spectrum they innitially were.
