The Dutch seem to have mastered lushious planted tanks long beforethe likes of Amano and possibly Tom Barr? came onto the scene. How does their philosophy differ to the Tom Barr or Amano method and which one has the lower maintenance in terms of water changes and dosing?

well, I think that the main difference is less lightning. together with a reasonable fish load, all the essential ellements are present and a beautiful growth can be obtained
