  • Staurogyne melt

Does anyone know what causes Staurogyne Porto Velho to melt.

In my case I know it's not light as the top leaves were turning purple. Maybe co2?

I've not had that one melt, but S repens has, mostly the sudden shock, like Temp or lots of plant removal etc.

Oh ok. I've heard that they don't need buckets of co2. Maybe lighting was too hard or it's just had a bad time acclimatising. Hopefully it will bounce back.

Are staurogyne porto velho and repens/tropica dependant and sensitive to co2? I want to avoid disgusting stumps and rotting plants as a foreground
