The order of limiting factors in plant growth - Aquarium Plants

What is the general order of growth limiters on plants? I swear I have seen this before here, but can't seem to find it. Per my (often faulty) memory:

Light - then CO2 - then NO3 - then micros

Where does Ca, Mg, Fe, PO4 and K+ fit in there?

How does this sound?

Light --> CO2 --> NO3 --> K+ --> Ca/Mg --> PO4--> Traces (Fe)

I'd swap the Mg for PO4, otherwise fairly good.
