I thought I would try out the new blog feature and showcase this DIY project (most powerheads can be modified in a similar fashion) to inject CO2 into an aquarium. This particular modification can handle a bubble rate ≤ 4-5bps with no noise problems. With yeast reactors, placing the filter on a timer allows the CO2 in the main chamber to gas off at night when the pump is turned off. Follow the link to the original post for more information.
