View Full Version : Does anyone have access to a Jewel Rekord 800 tank and a PAR meter?

A long shot, I admit...

I have a Juwel Rekord 800, standard, off-the-shelf, with two 18W T8 tubes (one 'Day-Lite' and one 'Warm-Lite). I would love to know the PAR figures this gives, but alas I don't have access to a PAR meter.

Is there anyone out there with access to both who would be kind enough to do some measurements for me? Please?

I can try on the weekend if my LFS wants to cooperate. Based on T8's I measured before I think it could be around 50 micromols. But that's just an educated gamble. If no one else can tell you then check again in a few days.
