Ok so I'm blonde, it was only today I figured out one, that I have seen in a large number of online posts and have wondered for months what it was. It also was not on your list:

PITA = Pain in the A** (rear).

Just thought I'd mention it incase there are other blondes out there that have figured out how to use the internet.
