That isn't a good sign. Bad for Customer Service if they expect to stay in business.<<<

I have had to contact them a few times on my filter and they have had some of the very best customer service I have ever seen.

I did call by phone and it was easy to get hold of a technician plus they gave me step by step instructions.

They were very nice and helpful.
