Choice Number 1 looks good as is. Why would you want to change out the lights on that one. 6700 is a good temp for plants and 28W of CF is about the same as 35W of NO Flourescents in my opinion.

Where did you find the Coralife 28W 6700 and how much is it. I might need one for one of my 10 gallon heavily planted tanks currently using a 48" 2x 55w over 2 10 gallon tanks and want to replace one of the 10s with a 20H with its on 55w CF.
