When I do water changes, I send tap water directly into the tank with a Python setup. I have always only put enough Seachem Prime in to cover the new water only, not the entire tank. Is that what most of you do?

I can't remember where I read it (perhaps on the Prime bottle), but somewhere I read that you should treat with enough conditioner to treat the entire tank's water when a water change is done. Seems like a waste to me.

I have had no problems with fish health, even the way I do it now. Thanks in advance.
