Depends on the purity of the Fe to Gluconate.
If you assuem 100%, then Fe to Gluc will give you the mass for Fe.

So if the ratio is say 1 milligram of Fe for each 2 grams of Gluc and you add 3 milligrams to 1 liter to get 1ppm of Fe.
